22 Pollen is a landmark development from Triumph Capital who tasked us with producing a bespoke publication showcasing 22 Pollen to discerning prospective tenants.
In addition to a beautifully crafted IM book, we created a microsite for the local area which showcased points of interest close to the building location; an exceptional example of gorgeous design mixing with functionality.
